Preparation of orders
After confirmation of your order and validation of payment, we undertake to send the carrier the goods ordered within 72 working hours for all orders placed before 12 noon.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Please allow extra delivery time during sales, holidays and school holidays (July and August).
Delivery times
Shipping costs depend on the destination, the delivery method selected and the weight of the package. The rate is calculated when viewing the basket, after selecting the country of delivery.
Shipping costs are free from 150 € of purchases (valid only in metropolitan France, excluding deckchairs).
Shipping costs are free from 200 € of purchases (valid only in Europe, excluding deckchairs).

Delivery follow-up
With each shipment, we record the delivery number associated with your order. You can follow the progress of your parcel in real time by using the URL link and the tracking number that will have been sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched by us.

In case of absence, a delivery notice will be sent to your mailbox. You will have 15 days to collect your order from your post office. An unclaimed parcel will be refunded within 15 to 20 business days after receipt of the returned goods.
Product return
The request for a refund must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 15 to 20 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
⚠️ Please note that personalized items and fabrics sold by the meter cannot be exchanged or refunded.
