All our fabrics are made from environmentally friendly natural fibres and dyes. They are "raw", which means that they are delivered as they fall from the loom, without primer. During the first wash, we observe a natural shrinkage in the direction of the length of about 10%, which is why our products are sold longer than their final size.
Before the first wash
In order to respect the nature of the fabric's fibre as much as possible, we recommend that you soak your fabric in cold water for 24 hours before using it for the first time, or machine wash it on the "cold wool cycle" without detergent and then wash it at 30° with a little of your usual detergent.
Machine wash at 60 °
You can wash all our canvases by machine with your usual detergent, using stain remover if necessary. We recommend that you clean them separately during the first washes. Never leave them wet in the drum of your machine.
Ironing
For better ironing, dampen your linen and use a hot iron
