The linen and cotton half-breed fabric from the Yvonne Ficelle Encre collection is a timeless half-breed cotton (60%) and linen (40%) fabric in beige and ink. An elegant and timeless pattern, ideal for all your creations.
The canvas is 175 cm wide.
We advise you to take 10% more fabric. There is a natural lengthwise shrinkage when the fabric is first washed.
Before using or washing the Yvonne Ficelle Encre fabric, please read the care instructions carefully. Canvas by the metre is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All our fabrics are made from environmentally friendly natural fibres and dyes. They are "raw", which means that they are delivered as they fall from the loom, without primer. During the first wash, we observe a natural shrinkage in the direction of the length of about 10 %, which is why our fabrics are sold longer than their final size.
Before the first wash
In order to respect the nature of the cotton fibres, we recommend that you machine wash the fabrics once (cold wool cycle) without washing powder, and follow with another 30°C/85°F machine wash a little of your regular washing powder.
Machine wash at 60 °
You can wash all our canvases by machine with your usual detergent, using stain remover if necessary. We recommend that you clean them separately during the first washes. Never leave them wet in the drum of your machine.

For better ironing, dampen your linen and use a hot iron
